Calculation inputs

Material, part length, quantity, stock length, kerf and any available remnants are evaluated together.

Optimization objective

The required quantities are protected first; purchased bar count, waste and reusable remnants are then balanced.

Result validation

Capacity and kerf are recalculated for every physical bar. A result cannot be exported if requested and planned quantities differ.
